The Agitated Jar
In Guipel, Catherine Herviou dreams up and prepares original vegetarian recipes in her laboratory housed in a shipping container. Inspired by Italian cuisine and fresh vegetables, she creates sauces, spreads and slow-cooked dishes with generous flavours, always in reusable jars.
All of her jars are the product of pure creation: «that's why my head is a bit hectic,» she says with humour. She sources from local farms and showcases her recipes through ethical grocers and markets.
Its objective: to cook differently, promoting flavour, vegetables and the pleasure of sharing.
