In Saint-Germain-en-Coglès, Entre Pomme et Sureau produces organic apple juice from apples grown without treatments. The fruit is hand-picked, then gently pressed to retain its full flavour.
The juice is neither filtered nor modified, just pasteurised and bottled, often in returnable containers. Everything is done on-site, through short supply chains, with a real focus on quality and respect for nature.
